We are seeking a visionary and mission-driven CEO to lead our organization and our work.

 

The ideal candidate will have an exceptional record of achievement and knowledge in nonprofit management and fundraising. They must be a trusted leader with strong communication skills and provide a dynamic presence in the Flagstaff community. A history of deep commitment to youth is also essential. We expect our next CEO to understand emerging trends in philanthropy, effectively work with our diverse Board and staff, have experience in fiscal and financial management/stewardship, and enhance Big Brothers Big Sisters services.​
